In practice, the difference between the marking pen and the oil-based ink is based on customer habit. In general, we call the marking pen a marking pen, but the oil-based ink is also a kind of marking pen. The distinction between the marking pen and the oil-based ink can be divided into two aspects: the method of use and the effect of the ink:
1. Method of use: The use of oil paint brushes is different from that of ordinary ink brushes because oil paint brushes are thicker than oil ink and congeal easily. Therefore, when we shake our ordinary oil paint brushes, we basically hear the resonance of small steel beads. Some are steel beads, some are glass beads, mainly because of different brands of ink. These resonant beads act as a single mixed substance. Therefore, when using an oil-based brush, you need to first shake the ink evenly, and then gently press the tip of the brush on the paper, and the ink can be used. When using an oil-based brush for the first time, the tip of the brush has no ink, so you just release the pressure and the ink will flow from the tip of the brush. However, this step is actually more important, and it will cause a lot of water to flow and make the writing uneven. You can then open the oil-based brush and write directly.
2. Oil-based ink effect: Because the oil-based brush is thick, it has a good blocking effect when copying. The characters made with ordinary oil paint brushes have a three-dimensional convex feeling, so the effect of using them as a marking is still very good. And oil paint brushes do not fade easily. For general outdoor marking, choose oil paint brushes that will not fade in the wind, sun, or rain. However, it is not the same, and oil paint brushes that cost a few bucks on the market do not achieve this effect. That is not an advantage of oil paint brushes. Although these functions are not as good as oil-based ink pens, oil-based ink pens are rare, so they do not have convex surfaces and are not easy to write. Therefore, when writing with general marks, they do not become sticky, and oil-based ink pens are slow to write, so the time required for writing with oil-based ink pens is not enough. The two are different in terms of hardness, or they are long. In addition, oil-based ink pens are rare, so you can make finer brush strokes, coarse strokes, and more colors. The finest oil-based ink pens are currently only 0.5mm. Generally, pens used for making notes can be called notes. In industry, there are many more ways to call notes, such as dotted notes, sign notes, marking notes, underlined notes, gold pens, etc. These are all new names created by customers based on their own use of notes.
