First of all, paint pens, like oil-based markers, are a type of marker pen. They are also called paint markers and are mainly used for marking and coloring. Because the ink of paint pens is thicker than that of oil-based markers, the color effect is better and more three-dimensional. Paint pens can also keep marks for a long time without fading in outdoor environments exposed to the sun and rain, and the paint pens have good covering effects. Therefore, it is often used for coloring and touch-up. No matter what the background color is, the paint pen can well show the original color. So let's take a look at the structure of a paint pen. There is a pressure control valve in the paint pen tube, which is connected to the pen tip and the pen tube, so you need to have some skills when using it so that the water will flow out evenly. You will often hear a noise when the paint pen is shaken because there are steel balls or glass inside the pen tube. The ball mainly plays a stirring role to mix the ink inside evenly, so that the written font color will be better and more uniform.
Instructions for the correct use of paint pens:
1. For paint pens or valve-type markers, shake the pen several times before use to mix the ink evenly;
2. Point the pen tip upward, press the pen tip lightly for 3-4 seconds and then release it to release the air in the pen tube (the new pen is in a completely sealed state and there is a lot of air in the pen tube. Excessive pressure will cause the ink to spray out during use);
3. Press the pen tip down on the paper several times, or hold it until the ink seeps into the pen tip before use. Note that there is no need to press when using to prevent excessive ink seepage;
4. After writing, close the pen cap tightly and store it in time. After using it for a long time, the pen tip may dry out and become clogged. You can press the pen tip a few times and the overflowing ink will dissolve the pen tip before use (it is also not advisable to press too much to prevent ink leakage).
5. If the pen tip cannot discharge water normally after being left for too long, you can replace the pen tip so that the ink in the pen can be used up normally.
